Belfast, Northern Ireland

The British and Irish Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Bertie Ahern are expected in Belfast 08 December, hopeful of a breakthrough in the protracted deadlock over power-sharing in Northern Ireland.

Photographer

Peter Muhly is a photojournalist covering news and sport. Peter received an Associate degree in 1983 from Hallmark Institute of Photography, Greenfield MA. Peter also received the Certified Professional Photographer degree from the Professional Photographers of America, the leading certifying agency for US imaging professionals. Peter has covered sport and news for Agence France-Press throughout Ireland since 2004 and prior to that, worked as a contract photographer for The New York Times and Agency France-Presse in Tampa, Florida.
