Mo Wilson is a successful freelance documentary photographer based in Cardiff. Scottish born, she came to Wales, to train with David Hurn in Newport 1987-89. She has been a member of the NUJ since 1987. Her work has featured in many national newspapers, magazines, books and exhibitions. She is a contributor to Photofusion library and has received funding from the Arts Council of Wales for various projects. She has also appeared in TV and radio programmes in Wales. For the last five years she has co-ordinated a magazine with teenage mothers in the Rhondda Valley, teaching photography and desk-top publishing.
