Susan Schulman is an internationally published freelance photographer, based in London. Specialising in editorial and documentary work, Susan also undertakes work for NGOs and other non profit organisations, such as the UNHCR, WFP, WHO etc. In 2006, she travelled to Congo for UNHCR/WFP, West Africa, and then to the Falklands and South Atlantic, on a 6-month commission, for the RUSI magazine on the deployment of the HMS Liverpool, following the Dukes of Wellington through their deployment in Iraq, and for whom she has recently returned from Afghanistan. Susan’s work has featured in various magazines, and newspapers, throughout the world. Her work has also featured in books and on book and cd covers, brochures and publicity materials. She also regularly exhibits her work. Her work will also feature in the Royal Navy Museum at Portsmouth next year, on the 25th anniversary of the Falklands War. Her images from Congo were exhibited at the Oxo Tower earlier this year
