Faslane

Demonstrators sunbathed as workers at the Faslane nuclear site were been given a day off.

Isabelle Merminod first took photographs for campaigning purposes. Isabelle produced 5 slideshows on the violation of human rights in Chile at the time of the dictatorship. These slideshows were shown in 5 European countries over a number of years. Since 2003, she has worked as a photojournalist.
In 2006, Isabelle presented a photographic exhibition at the Spitz gallery on the damaging effects of immigration detention in January. Her current project is on the children born after the catastrophe in Chernobyl, Ukraine and work on peace and conflict resolution.
