• Zimbabweans crossing the border by Felipe Trueba Garcia

A group of people cross the border bridge between Zimbabwe and South Africa near the town of Musina, South Africa, 26 November 2007. Because of the economical and political situation in Zimbabwe thousands flee the country through this bridge or try to earn some money carrying food and other basic products to and from South Africa into Zimbabwe. Most of them, who can’t afford a passport, cross the border illegally by crossing the river and climbing over the barbed wire fence.

Felipe Trueba Garcia is a Spanish freelance press photographer who has been based in London for the last 3 years, collaborating with news agencies like Spanish EFE and EPA. He also works on features and freelance projects.
